Hey got any tips for which hero to lvl up heaps? also which units, towers, runes should I use? Right now i've got a lvl 27 assassin, lvl 38 ranger, 31 mage, 18 veteran, 26 barbarian and lvl 14 druid. i'm stuck on lvl 9 Corte haha XD thanks!
I'm stuck on level 19 corte too. Can't beat it because I can't damage one of the new enemies, not sure what they are called but they have a crown and target only the hero and you can't damage them only your allies can but they don't seem to take them down. Obviously it's my build strategy, but I have tried everything I can think of. I have lvl 45 Assasin.
to beat lvl 9 corte: rune was -8% building cost/+75gold, hero was Assassin (think about lvl 35 at the time) started with 2 gold mine level ups, then pumped out Blunderbusses til I had 5. Then the next 3 mines til +5. I took care of the goblins swinging balls and the wargs just get blown away by 'busses. Forge, then 2x mortar towers. Dwarves hut, then 2 x ballista for the siege mummies. Have to get it all up before mummies appear tho. Assassin is good to backstab the mummies and took them down pretty quick.
I just beat 19 corte. The trick is to never let your walls down so I stayed with wooden walls and had +5 in mines. I am lvl45 Assassin. I fought outside walls when no fallen kings were around otherwise I ducked in and out of gate doing what I could. I had peons and a blunderbuss to keep enemies off the wall then lined up riflemen and eventually ballista x 4. When I could I got Iron Helm out there and got the dwarves hut, captains tent and blacksmith built. Ground force was a captain, iron helm, pikemen, and peons to shield them. When I could I'd add more iron helm. The walls had a long beard captain with the riflemen. The fallen kings weren't a problem and I have struggled with this level until now. Keep walls up and keep peons out and riflemen on walls with plenty off mines and stay ahead of the game. Once walls start dropping. You are finished. Last piece of advice when you send out a ground force, if the rest aren't just outside the walls try send them all together, other wise they get picked off easy and it's a waste. It's the combo that's strong.
For Corte level 19: I struggled and died many times, but found a way to win easily. Used rune that adds 125 gold to start. Immedialy bought mines to +4 gold. Fought off attackers until I could buy giant. Giant tanked while I added ballistas as gold accumulated. With 4 ballistas I was in pretty good shape; the tide had turned. Then maxed out number of riflemen plus upgrade building. Everything died as soon as it spawned. Easy.
And now I beat corte 20. The key was the assassin special unit. It kills the siegers and other heavy units quickly. Bought a few mines, then alternated assassins and peons a couple times. With two assassins and a bunch of peons, things were under control. Added ballistas, then riflemen and upgrade building. Replace assassins as needed. Easy to win with this build order. I used a +125 starting gold rune.

Ok, after another 4 or 5 goes I went back to my original strategy.
Legendary rune +100 gold -8% unit cost.
Get +4 gold. Then spam snipers, and clear gate. When you have 7 snipers its easy.
Went from super impossible to easy. Had +6 gold for most of the game. The first bit is the trickiest. But if you tank before that first fallen king gets there and get 5 or 6 snipers you should win easy. Just make sure not to let the wall fall!
The best Hero depends on your play style, my favourite is the assassin because i always dodge and attack the enemies backs, even when i play people like the night or paladin i do the same, doesn't help but still
Worst Class - Veteran
Medium Class - Druid
Best Class - Assassin/Mage
- I have 4 accounts with all Classes at their highest lvl, This list is based on my own experience,test,builds.... but of course a players own liking/style makes a Class good no matter what ( Just gain experience with a certain Class that fits comfortably with you.... before hand figure out a perfect build, so you can spread your SP into a Class's stats with no regrets ... and you're good to go ) ..... but seriously Veteran is pretty trash xD
- Oh and make sure you do your research on each class.... if not, just go hands on to each class, start from the bottom and figure out how the Classes work yourself, and move on from their ( If you don't want to make new account, to make better builds... then do your research, if you do t mind getting your hands dirty... then start like a beginner... start from scratch )
How do you beat level 14 corte? I keep dying I'm a level 43 barbarion I know this a dead game but I know at least 4K people play it daily. Also the engineer is a disappointment the assassin barbarion and mage are the best classes
So far in the arena my dwarf reached stage 50 he was doing over 3000 damage on some units such as a giant skeleton. The reason I didn’t go any further is bc it became boring killing everything so easily. He is a lvl 50 runesmith with a hammer. The least rated equipment he has is legendary
I can't beat Corte Level 7. I blame it on my two level 45 heroes (Paladin and Ranger.) My Paladin Strategy is to get a hoard of peons and a captain out there, but they're brutaly murdered by the billions of bombers. My Ranger Strategy is to keep the walls alive, and archers: Lots of archers. In both of them I get distracted trying to get rid of the bombers and the standard bearers I forget to focus on helping units and getting rid of the worgs. Maybe I just need to come up with a new strategy, but I know it's real easy for the Assassin (my brother also plays, and he beat all the corte levels before I could beat lvl 7, and our heroes are equal levels.) Does anyone have any better strategies? I always every single time get over run at the part where I see my first Mummy Siege unit.
Also, My Ranger Has a 60% chance to hit with critical. I honestly think the Ranger is the best, because he is somewhat supportive and can deal some heavy hits (I always one shot orcs, etc.) Followed by Paladin. My Paladin's Damage SUCKS, like I don't even 1 shot goblins with him! But his peons do. Almost always. With the Captain, Paladin, Academy, Blacksmith and Captain's tent, each peon does like 20-50 damage. (All of those buildings are 100% upgraded, as well as the captain and paladin, and peons, etc.) With forty peons, I fell a mummy in two seconds, and a troll after some time (using shield of course.)
